Dear SESLA Members,

We hope you are safe and well! We write in relation to the Annual
General Membership Meeting (AGMM) presently scheduled tomorrow, December
13, 2023, at 2PM. Due to lack of quorum to proceed with it and the
required votes to ratify the approval of the amendments of the Articles
of Incorporation and By-laws of SESLA, we are constrained to reschedule
it to a much later time to allow us to secure the minimum number of
votes.

The rescheduled date of the AGMM will be announced at a later date. As
the same agenda will be followed, the proxy ballots that we have
received will still be valid for those who have already voted. We shall
exhaust all efforts to reach the voting requirements and announce the
new AGMM date as soon as possible. Furthermore, your Management team
will also upload their reports on the website for you to be updated
about SESLA’s operations and financials.
