Please be informed that effective May 25, 2026, Shell Employees Savings & Loan
Association Inc. will implement the mandatory accomplishment of the Politically Exposed
Person (PEP) Questionnaire in the CRM in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Council
(AMLC) requirements.

For members who will avail of loans through the CRM, the PEP Questionnaire must first be
completed to proceed with the loan application process.

In line with this, all members are also encouraged to update their personal records through the
SESLA Account Portal to ensure that all information on file is current and accurate.
